Sub4Me terms and community rules

Sub4Me is for adults aged 18 or older who arrange attendance at in-person racquet-sports clinics. Use accurate information and only post requests for sessions you are entitled to offer. Clinics set their own attendance and facility rules.

No harassment, hate speech, threats, explicit sexual content, fraud, spam or unlawful content. Text is filtered before posting. Uploaded profile photos remain private until a moderator approves them. Report users from their profile, requests from their details, and messages from the conversation. Block abusive players from their profile. The team reviews reports and new photos within 24 hours and can remove content or suspend accounts.

The app is free to download. In-person session fees and the disclosed booking fee are physical-service payments processed through Stripe when configured. They do not buy digital content or subscriptions. A card authorization is placed at confirmation, and eligible reimbursement follows session completion and settlement. Review the fee payer, cancellation window and payment policies shown in the app before confirming.

Outside 48 hours a booking can be cancelled. Inside that window, an Original Player cannot cancel and a Sub remains responsible until an approved replacement is confirmed. A dispute pauses settlement for review. Request account deletion from Profile > Delete Account at any time; unsettled financial obligations can delay completion, but the request closes the account immediately.
