Delete your Sub4Me account
Sub4Me LLC lets you delete your account in the app. Open Profile > Delete Account, review the details and type DELETE. The deletion completes in the app when there are no outstanding financial obligations. If a booking or dispute is unsettled, the account is closed immediately and deletion completes automatically after settlement.
Request deletion without the app
Email kaity@sub4me.net from the email address on your Sub4Me account. Include the account email and write “Delete my Sub4Me account.” We use that message to verify the request and will close the account and remove the profile, photo, sport preferences, availability, saved cards, memberships, authored message text and sign-in sessions.
What is deleted and retained
Completed deletion removes your profile and photos, sport preferences, availability, saved cards, personal membership details, authored message text, suggestions, affiliate clicks, delivery logs containing your email, phone or push tokens, and sign-in sessions. Shared clinics, requests, applications and message placeholders may remain with the name Deleted user so other participants keep their history. Bookings, transactions, disputes, safety reports and payment reconciliation identifiers remain linked to that tombstone for settlement, fraud prevention and legal obligations. The service does not currently set an automatic expiry for these retained records. Contact us to request review of retained data. Hosting-provider backups follow the provider's retention policies.
