For account, clinic, booking or payment help, email kaity@sub4me.net. Include the clinic or booking reference and a short description. Do not send card numbers, passwords or security codes.

Safety

Report a player from the menu on their profile. Report a request from its details. Report messages from the conversation menu. Block a player from their profile. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours.

Delete your account

Open Profile > Delete Account. Read the deletion details and type DELETE. To request deletion without the app, email kaity@sub4me.net from the account's email address. See the account deletion page for what is removed and retained.

Permissions and notifications

Manage notification choices in the app. Change camera, photos and location permissions in your device settings. A manually entered location works when location permission is declined.
